Three Dragons input to London Plan policies on older persons housing found sound

The Inspectors' Report on the new London Plan found that the proposed Older Persons Housing Targets in the London Plan were soundly based and proportionate.  The London Plan also requires older persons housing schemes to provide  suitable levels of safe storage and charging facilities for residents’ mobility scooters and pick up and drop off facilities close to the principal entrance suitable for taxis (with appropriate kerbs) minibuses and ambulances.  Three Dragons undertook the research underlying both policies.
