Waverley CIL Report published

Following a public examination in the summer Waverley Borough Council has received a recommendation that that Charging Schedule should be approved. The Examiner stated that the evidence produced by Three Dragons was appropriate and demonstrated that overall development would not be placed at risk. He agreed that Three Dragons approach to testing was comprehensive, well informed and proportionate and that rate setting process was reasonable. Waverley Borough Council will now look towards implementing the CIL charges in 2019.
